New stablizers were added today to the pipe section of the floatnslope system.  Basically, they are 18" pices of 3/4 inch thin wall PVC pipe I screwed to the wood supports using drywall screws.

For now, I have just stabelized the cups using plastic tape, but when the plants get larger, they can be tied off to the pipes.

In the trough section of the system, I am growing a tomato plant along side of some cayenne and chili peppers.  There are also some ornimental peppers that have recently come up.

some friends of mine are using spsnish moss in their aquaponic system as a growing medium with good results.
